If you live in North Wales and you have an autism spectrum condition or are feeling that the autism spectrum may be a possibility for you or someone you know, and you are feeling depressed, worried and/or misunderstood, then we can help. We can also help if you are in a close relationship (e.g. parent/sibling/spouse) to somebody who is on the autism spectrum or you suspect may be on the autism spectrum and you would like some help.

We have two counsellors who counsel in North Wales. We have Elaine Nicholson and Sharon Yardley. Both are highly skilled in working with individuals on the autism spectrum. Elaine Nicholson is also able to offer an academic, non-clinical assessment for autism/Asperger's syndrome. The assessment is an academic assessment rather than a clinical assessment and so is not considered a full, clinical diagnosis. It is useful for people who suspect they may be on the spectrum and who either want to look into this more before committing to a full clinical diagnosis, or who aren't interested in the clinical bit for whatever reason and just want some answers for themselves.
